1 Overview
MUFAD ("we", "us", "our") is committed to transparent and fair payment practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains under what circumstances refunds are issued for payments made on our platform.
โน๏ธ Important: MUFAD is primarily a digital services and referral income platform. Most payments involve digital goods and services, which are subject to the specific refund conditions outlined below.
2 Subscription / Membership Plans
If MUFAD offers subscription or membership plans in the future, the following conditions apply:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing โ no prorated refund for the current billing period
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Refund may be considered within 7 days of first payment if the service was technically inaccessible

To cancel a subscription, go to your Dashboard โ Settings โ Subscription and click "Cancel Plan".
3 Service Payments (Client Orders)
When you pay for a service booked through MUFAD as a service client:

4 Donations
Donations made through the MUFAD platform to supported NGOs or charitable causes are non-refundable once processed, as the funds are immediately transferred to the recipient organization.
โ ๏ธ Please verify your donation amount before confirming. Donations cannot be reversed once the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.
5 Wallet Top-Up Credits
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable to the original payment method unless there is a proven technical error (e.g., double deduction, amount not credited)
- In case of a failed payment where money was deducted but wallet was not credited, we will investigate and credit your wallet or issue a refund within 5โ7 business days
- Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn directly โ they can only be used for platform services
6 Refund Eligibility Conditions
A refund request may be considered only if:
- The payment was made within the last 30 days
- The service or benefit paid for was not delivered as described
- A technical error (double charge, payment gateway error) occurred
- The account was charged without user authorization (disputed transactions)
- The request is submitted via official channels (email to support)
โ ๏ธ Refunds will NOT be issued if the service has been fully utilized, the account has been terminated for policy violation, or the request is based on a change of mind after service delivery.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of transaction.
8 How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@mufad.in with subject: "Refund Request โ [Your Registered Mobile/Email]"
- Include: your full name, registered email/mobile, transaction ID, payment date, and reason for refund
- Attach screenshot of payment confirmation if available
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24โ48 hours

9 Non-Refundable Items
- Platform/processing fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU)
- Referral commissions already paid out from your wallet earnings
- Approved and completed service deliverables
- Donations to NGO/charitable organizations
- Digital products or downloads that have been accessed
- Accounts terminated due to fraud or policy violations
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute regarding refunds, parties agree to first attempt resolution through our grievance redressal mechanism. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
