1 Service Description
MUFAD is an influencer marketplace platform that connects content creators (influencers) with brands for paid collaboration campaigns. The platform also provides financial product referral services for registered users.
- Influencers can apply to brand campaigns and earn per approved work submission
- Brands can create campaigns, set budgets, and hire verified influencers
- Users can refer financial products and earn commissions on approved leads
2 User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information during registration and platform use
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Do not misuse or attempt to exploit the platform in any way
- Comply with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Platform Policies at all times
- Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations
- Not impersonate any other person or entity
3 Account Access & Instagram Login
Influencers connect their Instagram account via Facebook Login (OAuth). By doing so, you authorize MUFAD to access your public Instagram profile data for analytics purposes.
We do not: store your Instagram or Facebook password, post content on your behalf, or access your private messages. You can revoke access at any time from Facebook Settings → Apps & Websites.
4 Data Usage
We collect and display analytics such as follower count, engagement rate, reach, and content insights strictly for the purpose of influencer-brand collaboration. This data is visible to brands evaluating your profile for campaigns.

5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Using fake followers, bots, or engagement pods to inflate metrics
- Submitting fraudulent or misleading work deliverables for campaigns
- Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users
- Unauthorized access attempts or hacking the platform
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
- Any activity violating Meta Platform Policies or Indian laws
⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in permanent account ban and forfeiture of pending earnings without refund.
6 Payments & Escrow
- Brands fund campaigns upfront — money is held in secure escrow
- Payment is released to influencers only after brand approval of submitted work
- If no approval or dispute is raised within 7 days, payment is auto-released
- MUFAD charges a platform fee (as disclosed on campaign creation)
- Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts/UPI within the stated timeline
7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or harm the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting us.
8 Limitation of Liability
MUFAD is not responsible for:
- Losses arising from third-party platform changes (Instagram/Facebook API changes)
- Disputes between brands and influencers beyond our platform's scope
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, government actions)
- Accuracy of Instagram analytics data provided via Meta APIs
9 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of MUFAD after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
